Ingredients
- ¾ cup (180 ml) milk of your choice
- ½ cup (50 g) quick-cooking oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) honey, plus more for serving
- ½ banana, sliced
- 4 strawberries, quartered
- 1 Go Pure Fruit & Oat strawberry bar, cut into triangles
- In a 2-cup (500 ml) bowl or airtight container, combine the milk, oats, chia seeds and honey. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight, until the oats have completely softened.
- Serve in a bowl. Top with the banana, strawberries and oat bar. Drizzle with more honey, if desired. Serve immediately.
