Sales Support Coordinator-hybrid

Position Summary

The Sales Support Coordinator will report to the Sales Support Director.  She/he will work in tandem with the Sales Directors and their assigned accounts to assist in the development and implementation of the sales programs that will maximize profit and volume opportunities.  The Sales Support Coordinator will assist their Account Manager’s in the preparation, follow-up and account maintenance needed to achieve strategies and objectives for their assigned accounts.

 

Responsibilities

  • Within new and existing accounts, establish solid relationships with the account personnel they come in contact.  Establish a level of service with assigned accounts that benefits the accounts, Sales Manager and the Leclerc organization.
  • Gather data/information as needed to assist the Sales Manager in the creation of new approaches and planning of growth strategies for achieving all the corporate sales objectives
  • Work with accounting and sales amanger regarding deductions
  • Prepare and submit required forms internally and externally
  • Prepare requested sales reports
  • Manage, analyze and update sales forecasts for the assigned accounts
  • Responsible for following new projects through the internal process from start to finish
  • Work with Project Coordinator on all new packaging design developpement
  • As requested, participate customer meetings
  • Monitor regularly account sales to alert sales directors of upcoming concerns or issues
  • Work with logistics to resolve any issues encountered
  • Assist Sales Directors to prepare Budgets
  • Manage and maintain a clean and updated internal project system in conjunction with the Project Coordinator

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field of study preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge working with Microsoft Excel, Power Point & Word
  • Experience desired in forecasting / planning, project management, relationship-building with multiple functions at the client level
  • Strong strategic thinking and process development skills;
  • Ability to:
  • Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions;
  • Work within multidisciplinary teams
  • Use personal effectiveness to link relationships, processes, and business methodologies with revenue-producing activities;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent judgment, strong sense of ethics & integrity, result oriented;
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment;
