Job summary

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the team of electromechanics on his/her respective shift.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the smooth running of the team and for maintaining the plant's productivity with regard to requests for

maintenance requests;

Efficient distribution of tasks or projects across the electromechanical team;

Respond to maintenance-related production problems;

Ensure compliance with the help chain when required;

Participate in information meetings and daily follow-up;

Maintain and repair equipment;

Participate in the resolution of maintenance-related problems;

Propose performance improvement projects;

Participate in equipment implementation and start-up;

Test equipment to ensure proper performance;

Respect the rules inherent in food production (health and safety).

Participate in the improvement of work methods and the investigation of work-related accidents.

Skills and aptitudes required

Vocational diploma in electromechanics or industrial mechanics;

A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience;

Relevant experience in team management;

Ability to communicate in both official languages;

Be recognized as an autonomous, dynamic individual with excellent organizational and priority

priorities.
